Frequently asked questions

Will I lose any data during migration?

No. The importer transfers all member fields, levels, and statuses. Custom fields are preserved. You can run a dry-run first to verify everything.

Can I undo the import?

Yes. Within 24 hours of a completed import, you can undo it with one click. All imported records will be removed.

What if my WildApricot levels don't match?

The importer maps WildApricot levels to Mybers levels by name. If names don't match, you can create matching levels first or map them manually.

Do I need to keep my WildApricot subscription?

We recommend keeping it active during migration so the API importer can access your data. Once verified, you can cancel WildApricot.

What about payment history?

The importer brings over member records and statuses. For payment continuity, set up Stripe Connect in Mybers and redirect future payments.

Can I import from platforms other than WildApricot?

Yes. Export your member list as a CSV from any platform and use our CSV importer. We support mapping any column structure.
