Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your command center. The menu on the left is short on purpose: a handful of areas, and each area's pages show as tabs across the top of the page, so nothing is nested in the menu.

The menu, top to bottom

• Search — press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) from anywhere to jump to any page or find a member by name or email
• Home — your organization at a glance: key stats, setup steps, and what needs attention
• Messages — member texts and Mynd replies, plus join requests to approve and program submissions to review. Its badge counts what's waiting on you
• Pinned — the pages you pinned. Press Pin at the top right of any page to add it; hover a pin and press × to remove it. Pins are yours alone
• Members — tabs for People (profiles, levels, tags, renewals and saved views), Programs (applications, awards and each program's votes), Documents, and Chapters for multi-chapter organizations
• Events — tabs for Events and classes, Today's check-in (the front-desk board), Appointments (1:1 and PT booking) and Volunteers
• Money — tabs for Payments (dues, donations, giving statements) and Shop
• Outreach — tabs for Overview, Email (broadcasts, campaigns and templates), Mynd calls, News, Promotions and Subscribers
• Website — your public, branded site, and Site activity
• Reports — membership, revenue, events, and email analytics
• Guide and Settings — at the bottom

Settings

Settings opens as its own page with its own menu, grouped as Organization, Membership, Payments, Communication, Team, Connect and Plan. Team, Audit log, Integrations, API, SSO, Import and Billing all live there. Press Back to app at the top of that menu to return.

Items you don't have access to are hidden, and Billing is owner-only. Your organization's own names for members, events and chapters (System Phrases) show in the menu.

AI Member Queries

On the Members page, use the query bar to ask natural-language questions like "How many members joined this month?" or "Who hasn't renewed in 90 days?"
