Site activity: who visits your site and what members use

Visitors, pages, sources and member activity for your public site — no cookies, no IP addresses.

Site activity

Open Website → Site activity. Pick 7, 30, 90 days or a year. Download CSV saves everything on the page for that range as a spreadsheet. Your dashboard also shows a short summary card.

Visitors

See visitors and page views per day, your top pages, where visitors came from (Google, Facebook, email, other sites), countries and devices.

Privacy: visitors are counted without cookies and without storing IP addresses. A visitor is counted with a one-way code that changes every day and is deleted after two days, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next. Bots and link previews are ignored, and by default so are your own staff.

What members used

From your own records, with the change from the previous period: member-portal visits, event registrations and check-ins, bookings, class passes, dues payments, donations, shop orders, program applications, new members and newsletter sign-ups. Who did what lists it by name for the roles you allow.

Who sees it

Anyone with access to Reports (set per person under Team) sees the page. People with edit access to Reports can change its settings: count visitors on or off, leave out staff visits, show member names and from which role (owners always see everything).

Report emails

Off until you turn it on. Choose weekly or monthly and the day, who gets it (owners, admins, editors, viewers and any extra addresses) and which sections. Email the report now sends it straight away.
