Translate a message (Mynd Translate)
On Pro, translate an email, text or call brief from the campaign composer.
How
- Open Communications → New campaign and write or draft your message.
- Next to Refine, pick a language from Translate….
- Read the translation over, ideally with a native speaker, then send it to the members who prefer that language (a tag works well).
What stays the same
Merge fields like {{first_name}}, links, formatting and names of people and events are kept as written. "Reply STOP to opt out." stays in English on texts. Translation uses your organization's AI allowance, like drafting does.
