Your Inbox
Join requests, program submissions and member texts that are waiting on your team.
Your Inbox
Inbox sits right under Home in the menu. It's the one place for things that need a decision or a reply from someone on your team, so nothing waits unseen on another page.
What lands here
- Join requests. When your organization approves new members before they're active, each person who applies shows here. Open one to approve it.
- Program submissions. Applications, scholarship entries and award nominations that are waiting for a review.
- Texts. Once texting is on (Settings → Texting), member texts to your number and Mynd's replies show here as conversations, and you can reply from the same screen. Mynd calls to the same person show in the conversation too.
Not using texting? That's fine. Your Inbox still collects join requests and submissions, and the texts part simply stays empty until you turn it on.
The number in the menu
The number next to Inbox counts what's waiting: unread texts, pending join requests and submissions to review. It goes down as you handle each one.
Who sees what
Each person sees only the parts they have access to: join requests need Members access, submissions need Programs access, and texts need Communications access.
The examples on an empty Inbox
Until something real arrives, your Inbox shows a made-up join request and text conversation marked Example, so you can see what to expect. They aren't saved anywhere and disappear once real ones arrive.
