What Mynd AI does
Mynd is the built-in assistant that answers questions about your own data in plain English. Instead of building a report, you type what you want to know and Mynd reads your members, payments, and events to answer.
Asking a good question
Open Mynd from the top bar and type a question such as:
How many members lapsed in the last 90 days?Show me everyone whose membership renews this monthWhat was our total dues revenue last quarter?Which events had the most check-ins this year?
Be specific about time ranges and the group you care about. If a result looks off, refine the question by naming the membership level, status, or date range you mean.
Acting on results
Many answers come back as a list you can export to CSV or turn into a broadcast audience. Mynd reads your live data, so results always reflect the current state of your account.
Mynd answers questions about your data — it does not make changes on your behalf. To edit members or send email, use the relevant tool.
