Meeting links for virtual events: Zoom, Google Meet, Teams
Create the meeting automatically when you publish a virtual or hybrid event, and keep calendars in step.
How it works
Connect Zoom, Google Meet (on top of Google Calendar) or Microsoft Teams (on top of Outlook Calendar). When you create a virtual or hybrid event with no meeting link, Mybers creates the meeting and puts its join link on the event. Change the event's time and the meeting moves; cancel the event and the meeting is deleted.
A link you typed in yourself is never replaced, so you can still use your own room for a one-off.
Calendars
Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar also mirror your events into a shared calendar, in person or online. If both a calendar and its meeting tool are connected, each event is created once, with the meeting attached.
Microsoft 365 setup
Outlook Calendar, Teams and OneDrive use an app registration in your Microsoft 365 tenant. The integration page lists the permissions to grant; your Microsoft admin approves them once.
