Your organization's phone number
Mynd calls and texts members from your organization's own number and can answer it. Pro includes one number.
Open Settings → Phone Numbers to get a number for your organization. Mynd uses it to call and text your members, and it can answer calls to it 24/7.
Getting a number
- The Pro Plan includes one number.
- You can add more. The price shows before you buy.
Keep the number you have
Already have a number members know? Forward it to your new Mybers number, and Mynd answers calls to it.
Texting
Before you can text members, your number needs to be registered with the phone carriers. Start that under Settings → Texting.
